Hi, I am Ute, and I am excited that you‘re here.

My passion has always been to develop people and help them succeed.

My Vision is to help to create thriving team cultures because I believe in synergy, that together we are more than the sum of our parts and can succeed in ways we did not think possible. 

My Mission is to inspire Leaders in Business to fall back in love with their passion and to get clear on their big WHY; to empower them to develop emerging leaders, to create an environment of trust and understanding with common values and a clear vision and mission where everybody can experience a sense of pride and satisfaction, in what they do and in supporting their teammates to reach the entities goals.

The results are high-performing teams that will affect the bottom line long-term, less pressure on the business leader, and overall increased wellbeing which will create ripples beyond the business, which I love.

My passion started in my teens as a swimming instructor when I discovered that teaching a skill alone was not enough. Trust and confidence are the cornerstones for any growth. No matter if I am teaching a foreign language, how to capture your life's memories, how to sell a new concept, how to understand and improve the finance of your business, or why we do what we do, encouraging people to step out of their comfort zone and witnessing when they experience their personal growth, those are the moments I have been feeling fulfilled in my 40 years of my diverse and international career spanning across Europe, USA, and Australia.

After my training in hotel management in Germany, I experienced the difference that empowered and proud employees can make, when working for the Four Seasons Inn on the Park in London. As Simon Sinek describes in Leaders Eat Last, we were caught doing the right thing, we were empowered to take decisions that would improve the guests' experience, we were always supported by and supporting to our peers, superiors, and our team, all to achieve one mission. Everybody was part of creating a flourishing culture through our collaboration with shared values and clear guidance from the leaders. Today, I am excited about taking this experience and the underlying strategies into businesses to help conscious leaders creating thriving cultures with a clear purpose

As international business development manager for Europe, we created a big enough WHY that took care of any HOW introducing new concepts. We were able to collaborate externally between different businesses and internally, between different departments that usually do not work together. All this was made possible only by the facilitation of cross-departmental team development which broke down any borders and allowed for effective communication and problem solving to achieve something we never thought possible. Through team- and individual profiling tools I help leaders and their teams, to understand their own behaviour and that of others, which means they can adjust their behaviour to be even more effective in any situation. And as they will experience better communication and collaboration, then this will save time and enables the leader to work more on the businesses versus in the business.

The Framework we use in our coaching and teaching comes from the META DYNAMICS™ methodology and the evidence-based Critical Alignment Model, developed by Sharon Pearson, founder of The Coaching Institute, Australasia's largest coaching school. Clients have been amazed by the understanding received from the research-based and proven Meta Dynamics™ Thinking Style profiling tool and the Extended DISC Behavioural Profiling tool, which is available in 70 languages and validated every two years delivering not only an accuracy of 88%, but also an in-depth analysis of two profiles, your natural and adapted behavioural style, something many profiling tools fail to do.  Applying this tool to a team assessment creates harmonious teams and enhances teamwork. The benefit of the tools and unpack sessions I use is that they not only give you a deep understanding of why you do what you do but also how to adapt your thinking and behaviour to become the person you want to be and achieve the results you desire.
